1. Normal environment
Apply anti rust paint: Apply a layer of anti rust paint on the surface of the anchor bolt, which can to some extent block air and moisture, and prevent rust.
2. Wet environment
Galvanizing treatment: By hot-dip galvanizing or electrogalvanizing process, a layer of zinc is formed on the surface of the bolt to enhance its corrosion resistance.
Apply waterproof coating: Use a coating with good waterproof performance to reduce the erosion of moisture on the anchor bolts.
3. Chemical corrosion environment
• Using stainless steel material: Stainless steel has good chemical corrosion resistance and can effectively resist the erosion of chemical substances.
Surface passivation treatment: Form a passivation film on the surface of the anchor bolt to enhance its stability in chemical environments.
4. Marine environment
• Increase coating thickness: Use multi-layer anti-corrosion coatings to increase the thickness and protective performance of the coating.
Cathodic protection: By connecting cathodic protection devices, the anchor bolts become cathodes to avoid corrosion.
5. High temperature environment
Select high-temperature and anti-corrosion coatings: These coatings can maintain stable protective performance at high temperatures and prevent high-temperature oxidation.
6. Acid alkali environment
Using acid and alkali resistant special coatings or chemical plating treatment to improve the corrosion resistance of anchor bolts under acid and alkali conditions.
It should be noted that in practical applications, multiple anti-corrosion measures are often adopted comprehensively based on specific environmental conditions and usage requirements to ensure the long-term stability and reliable use of anchor bolts.
